Fashion Cake o Cake Design: l'arte sublime del decorare le torte, in poche parole dei dolci da sogno!! Una torta per regalare un'attimo di felicità, per stupire e sorprendere tutti gli invitati, per ricordare un momento passato o per celebrare un evento, per esaltare un amore, una professione o un hobby. E' l'arte di trasformare un prodotto dal buon sapore in un prodotto dal buon gusto esteticamente sorprendente. Qualche giorno fa ho avuto il piacere di incontrare due splendide cake designer: Elisa della Valentina e Vanessa Ruiz.
Due ragazze unite dalla stessa passione per la sugar art, Vanessa nata a Caracas ma cresciuta a Madrid, ha lavorato tanti anni in una famosa scuola di cucina mentre Elisa dopo un passato nella tv e nella fiction prende parte ad un corso alla scuola del Gambero Rosso sul cake design, e da lì nasce la sua passione. Dalla loro unione nasce Sugarliz, un posto dove cucina, disegno, creatività e lo stile bon-ton vanno di pari passo!! Fashion Cake or Cake Design: the sublime art of decorating cakes, in a nutshell a cake dream! A cake to give a moment of happiness, to amaze and surprise all the guests, to remember a time in the past or to celebrate an event, to enhance a love, a profession or a hobby. The art of transforming a product with a good taste in a product with good taste aesthetically amazing. A few days ago I had the pleasure to meet two beautiful cake designer: Elisa Valentina and Vanessa Ruiz. Two girls united by the same passion for sugar art, Vanessa was born in Caracas but grew up in Madrid, she worked many years in a famous cooking school while Elisa after a past in TV and fictions takes part in a course at the school of Gambero Rosso about cake design, and from there was born her passion. From their union was born Sugarliz, a place where food, design, creativity and style bon-ton go hand in hand!
